We are hiring ONE Full Time Customer Service Representative position on behalf of California based company. We are specialized in selling auto parts. We are looking for a STELLAR customer service rep to join our team who already lives our core values listed above. Job Duties:
-Assisting customer via phone, email and online chat
-Placing phone orders-Personal shopping
-Assisting customers through technical site issues
-Assisting customers with order status, change, general inquiries
-Managing customer accounts on two ERP systems
-Billing/Processing refunds for customers via several payment outlets
-Monitoring and managing shipment errors
-Making video & editing
-Managing replacement orders & return labels; help to upload/update photos/list products online etc.

Requirements:
-MUST have a minimum of 2 years online customer service or retail experience to be considered.
-MUST be available to work Monday - Friday for full time
-Skilled in office software such as Excel, word,etc
-Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, Social Media experience is a plus.
