Greatgoodie LLC is a fast-growing fashion dropshipping company that generated $12M+ in revenue in 2025. We operate multiple Shopify stores across international markets — US, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Canada — with a remote team of 24+ professionals spanning marketing, product listing, creative production, customer service, and operations.

We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team with dedication, professionalism, and a drive for excellence.


Must-Have Experience
Re:amaze (Must)
Shopify
Minimum 3 years in a CS leadership role
Fluent English — exceptional written and verbal communication
Experience creating and improving SOPs and support documentation


Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and support the customer service team.
Develop and document SOPs for consistent service delivery.
Handle complex customer escalations professionally.
Track and analyse team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
Organise training sessions to upskill the team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.


Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a CS leadership role.
Must not currently work another full-time job.
Available for weekly team calls.
