JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I'm Scott, and we’re hiring a part-time, long-term Customer Service Agent to join our UK-based health & wellness brand, Nesti.
At Nesti, we create comforting sensory solutions for adults and children, with a primary focus on serving neurodivergent individuals and their families. This means empathy, patience, and sensitivity are at the heart of everything we do - especially when it comes to customer support.
We’re looking for someone experienced, organised, and warm, who can grow with us over the years.

? REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in ecommerce customer service (please provide examples)


Proficient with customer service tools such as Gorgias


Fast and reliable internet connection (attach a screenshot of your speedtest.net results)


Fluent in English (with strong written communication skills)


Sensitive and emotionally intelligent communicator — experience working with neurodivergent customers is a strong plus


Able to work independently and respond promptly during scheduled hours

Familiar with Shopify (bonus)


Experience handling product exchanges, refunds, and complaints professionally


Strong follow-up and record-keeping habits



???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints via email, instagram, and occasionally phone


Processing orders, exchanges, refunds, and returns


Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and common issues


Escalating complex issues to our team when needed


Maintaining our brand voice and compassionate tone in every interaction
