Hi! My name is Shannon. I’m an entrepreneur running a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand with thousands of customers around the world. I’m looking for a **Customer Experience & Inventory Manager** to be a key part of my right-hand team.

This role is for someone who takes pride in **owning the details** — from customer emails to inventory accuracy — and feels deeply satisfied when things run smoothly because *you* are behind the scenes making it happen.

### What this role looks like

Your #1 mission:

**Make sure our customers feel heard, supported, and delighted — and make sure our inventory never becomes a fire drill.**

On the customer side, you’ll be the voice of the brand. On the operations side, you’ll be the calm, organized brain making sure products are stocked, tracked, and communicated clearly.

Imagine getting paid to:

- Build systems so we’re not constantly reacting, but proactively planning

### Day-to-day responsibilities (to name a few…)

**Customer Experience (DTC):**

- Managing our customer support inbox (email + helpdesk)
- Responding to customer questions about orders, shipping, returns, sizing, etc.
- Handling refunds, exchanges, replacements, and order issues
- Communicating delays or inventory updates clearly and kindly
- Flagging recurring issues and suggesting improvements
- Maintaining brand voice: warm, thoughtful, human

**Inventory & Operations:**

- Monitoring inventory levels across SKUs
- Flagging low stock and potential sell-outs
- Coordinating with fulfillment partners / warehouses
- Updating inventory trackers and systems
- Helping forecast needs for launches and restocks
- Catching discrepancies between systems and real-world stock
- Supporting product launches with clean, accurate inventory setup

**Cross-functional support:**

- Working closely with marketing, fulfillment, and product teams
- Helping document SOPs so things live outside of anyone’s head
- Keeping things organized so nothing falls through the cracks

### This job will be challenging — and you’ll learn a LOT

This is not a passive role. You’ll be expected to think, notice patterns, and take ownership. I’ll give you the tools, context, and trust to succeed — but I won’t micromanage you.

### Major plus if you have:

- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Gorgias, or similar helpdesk tools
- Inventory or supply-chain exposure
- Notion experience
- Strong written communication instincts
- A natural “fixer” mindset

### This job is NOT for you if:

- You don’t care deeply about customer experience

### Qualifications:

- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Familiar with Notion (preferred)
