Must Have Skills:

Data Entry
Customer Service
Great organizational skills
Good with spreadsheets on Google docs
GREAT communication skills
Very strong written english comprehension and ability to read between the lines or fill in the blanks.
Strong Empathy or intuition
Must have some interest or experience with Spirituality, Energy Healing or Religion
Must have some kind of personal spiritual or religious practice
Past experience with service based business is a must

Job Title:
Customer Service Representative for Spiritual Clarity

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the client follow up work of our business.

Tasks:
Track every potential lead that comes in contact with Spiritual Clarity. This will require an easy to use spreadsheet that we will create and share on Google Docs
Follow up with all my previous clients and input them all into a Google Doc Spreadsheet
Follow up with all new and current clients and potential clients
Follow up with my clients on my behalf to see if our business can continue to serve them or support them.
Sort through 200 - 300 client session notes that I have taken with private clients over the past 2 years. You will prioritize which clients require follow ups first and reach out to them in the right order.

Take detailed notes of who you followed up with as well as which specific dates you did the follow up
Keep a summary of each follow up in an easy to use spreadsheet that I can easily review.
Create (With me until you are comfortable with it) 3-4 template emails to send to each different kind of client. I will help train you to know which kind of template to use with each kind of person so that eventually you will be able to do this on your own.
