Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Expert with Sales skills to handle customer inquiries and drive sales through phone and chat channels. The ideal candidate will excel at building customer relationships, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, providing clear and timely resolutions to their concerns.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively guide and inform customers.
Handle Multi-Channel Communication: Seamlessly switch between phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring customers receive consistent and high-quality support across all platforms.
ocument Interactions: Log all customer interactions, issues, and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
Follow-Up: Engage in follow-up conversations with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales goals by leveraging customer interactions to promote additional products or services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally with a sales component..
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple conversations at once.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience using CRM systems and other customer service software (e.g., Zendesk).
Empathy and patience when dealing with difficult situations and resolving issues.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
