JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle email and live chat support for our e-commerce stores. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Handle complaints, returns, refund requests, and order-related questions. Escalate complex issues to the team when needed. Maintain a friendly, empathetic tone in all customer interactions. Track and follow up on unresolved tickets.
Requirements: Strong written English (B2+ level minimum). Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Available to work 7 days per week on a rotating schedule. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
