JOB OVERVIEW

LeafSide is seeking a remote Customer Success Associate who will provide virtual assistance to our Customer Success department. As a CSA, you will primarily communicate with our customers and manage their accounts. In addition, you will perform data entry, compile and organize data reports, and conduct online research. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team player who can work independently with minimum supervision and maintain a high standard of work.

Responsibilities:
As a CSA, you will be expected to:
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and SMS, ensuring excellent communication and accuracy to cultivate customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide general advice using email templates to support both customers and prospects.
Coordinate with the Customer Success and Marketing departments to provide solutions that create a pleasant customer experience and communicate with other appropriate staff members to ask questions and provide updates.
Conduct online research and organize data.
Create and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using spreadsheets to track relevant data daily.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for B2C, e-commerce CS interactions.
Excellent organizational and technical skills.
Proficiency with remote tea ---------- ssaging apps such as Zulip, Whereby, etc.
Proficiency with Google Suite apps or similar tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Zoho.
Experience using other software tools such as ChatGPT and Grammarly.
A track record of quickly working through a queue of CS tasks.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Skilled in data entry.
Prompt responsiveness to client, teammate, and management outreach.
A quiet workspace with a high-speed internet connection.
