Customer Service Agent/Appointment Setter

We are a growing home service company looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and can stay calm and confident while handling a high volume of calls.

As a CSR, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will help book service calls, answer questions, provide a great first impression, and support our team by keeping schedules full and customers informed.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and caring manner
• Book service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Update customer information and job details in our system
• Work closely with dispatch and management to support daily operations
• Deliver a high level of customer service on every interaction
• Weekend Work Saturday
