We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional support for our eCommerce clients.
Position Details
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (1 hour break)
Must be willing to work a full-time 8-hour shift and adapt to different time zones based on business requirements. Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and Philippine holidays is required (6-day shift - depending on the schedule that will be provided to you)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience using Zendesk
- Experience working with an AI Agent for customer support
- Knows how to review and handle
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk
- Manage Shopify orders, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and order updates
- Review and resolve
- Ensure escalated tickets are handled accurately and promptly
- Follow company SOPs and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
