Customer Service Agent

English speakers only. Must be able to work U.S Eastern Standard hours 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for 3 days a week. Provide outstanding phone customer service to current and future clients. Outstanding attention to detail and able to use our online client database to view and schedule clients, add new clients, and run reports. Able to use our payment service to view accounts.
