We’re looking for a dedicated and highly responsive Customer Support Representative to join our growing Shopify e-commerce team.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer support via
Manage inbound & outbound customer phone calls
Respond to customer inquiries, order issues, refunds, and general questions
Maintain a polite, calm, and solution-oriented attitude at all times
Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction

Full-time
8 hours per day
Must be super active and responsive throughout working hours

Strong command of English (written & spoken)
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Prior e-commerce or Shopify support experience is a plus
Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic
