We are looking for a pleasant and professional Live Chat & WhatsApp Representative for our lingerie wholesale company.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of lingerie, bra fitting, and sizing, or be willing to learn quickly. Training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who has a natural feel for helping customers and providing sizing guidance.

Responsibilities include answering live chat and WhatsApp inquiries, assisting customers with product and fit questions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
