We are an eCommerce dropshipping business seeking long-term employees to join our team. Currently, we operate one store, with plans to expand to multiple stores in the future. This role offers significant growth opportunities for individuals who consistently contribute positively to our company.

About the Role
This is a Customer Support role where you will follow a structured process to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will become straightforward once you understand our step-by-step approach.

Required Platform Knowledge:
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Slack (communication channel)
Claude/ChatGPT (AI tool)
DeepL (translation tool)

Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints effectively.
Report on refunds and complaints.
Respond to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs.
Contribute to support documentation and help improve our processes.
Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Applicant Requirements
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support.
Available for weekly team calls.
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
Available to start immediately.
Committed to a minimum of 1 hour per day.
Not currently employed in another full-time role.
