We’re Simplify Experts, a professional organizing and moving support company serving clients in Washington State and the greater Seattle area since 2007. Our mission is to bring clarity, order, and peace of mind to our clients’ homes and lives. We specialize in home decluttering and organizing, move support like packing and unpacking, downsizing, and paperwork and digital organizing.

We’re now building a team to support growth in our new market in San Jose and Palo Alto, California.

We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator who can help grow our new customer base our daily operations run smoothly, our clients feel cared for, and our organizing team is fully supported. If you love organization, problem-solving, and creating exceptional client experiences, this role is for you.

I have a lot of experience with hiring and building relationships with employees. I am looking for a rockstar to build a long term relationship with as we grow our company. A VA that is the best at the what they do! That brings really top level skills to the table.

What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients — ensuring fast, friendly, and professional communication.
• Coordinate with organizing teams daily (start times, attendance, project progress, issue resolution).
• Manage daily organizing sessions — making sure schedules are accurate and client expectations are met.
• Proactively check in with clients, resolve issues, and elevate their experience.
• Document key notes and updates in our CRM.
• Collaborate with our leadership and sales team to keep schedules tight and clients happy.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong English communication skills (verbal + written).
• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or coordination roles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly.
• Comfortable with technology (CRMs, scheduling tools, Slack/email).
• A “can do, figure it out” attitude — ownership mindset, not just task-taking.
• Availability Monday–Friday, aligned with Pacific Time.
