Custom Sorority & Fraternity Apparel – Multiple Roles (Operations / Sales / Design)

Who We’re Hiring
We’re hiring experienced professionals in the Greek-life custom apparel space.
If you’ve already worked with sororities and fraternities and understand how fast-paced Greek merch actually is, keep reading.

This role is not entry-level. Prior Greek custom apparel experience is required.
What You Must Already Understand

Greek-life timelines (Bid Day, Recruitment, Philanthropy, Formals, etc.)

Custom apparel production workflows

Working with college clients and student leaders

High-volume orders and tight deadlines

Experience We’re Open To
Operations / Production

Managing custom apparel orders from mockup ? production ? delivery

Coordinating with suppliers, decorators, or overseas factories

Tracking timelines, approvals, revisions, and deadlines

Understanding MOQs, lead times, and production constraints

Sales / Client Management

Communicating directly with sorority and fraternity clients

Handling quotes, follow-ups, and order confirmations

Managing multiple client conversations at once

Experience selling or supporting Greek apparel orders

Graphic Design

Creating mockups for sorority and fraternity apparel

Designing for hoodies, sweatpants, tees, tanks, embroidery, screen print, etc.

Understanding Greek design standards, trends, and aesthetics

Working through revisions and rush timelines

Requirements

Direct experience in Greek custom apparel (required)

Strong communication skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment

Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours (or overlap)
