Crew AI Developer

About Titanium Labs LLC
Titanium Labs is rebuilding how digital agencies operate—replacing complexity, headcount, and inefficiency with smart, autonomous systems. We’re not duct-taping apps together. We’re building an AI-native agency platform—where copilots and autonomous agents handle what humans used to: outreach, coordination, client follow-up, marketing execution, and more.

We’re looking for a Crew AI Developer to architect, build, and deploy these agents into production. You’ll be at the helm of designing the actual workforce of Titanium Labs—except your “team” will run on GPUs, APIs, and ruthless logic.

What You’ll Do
• Build and deploy AI agents using CrewAI that own end-to-end workflows like:
• Lead response & nurturing
• Prospect outreach & qualification
• SOP execution & fulfillment tracking
• Task triage & prioritization
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Status reporting & internal communication
• Design and maintain backend systems using FastAPI for agent reasoning, memory, and orchestration
• Manage cloud deployment on Render, Vercel, and DigitalOcean, including deploying inference services or micro-agents
• Deploy and scale AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or self-hosted) for use across agents
• Integrate agents with tools like Plane, Google Workspace, email, and internal databases via REST APIs and webhooks
• Monitor and tune agents’ behavior, prompts, and task completion rates for accuracy, consistency, and output quality
• Collaborate with leadership to identify manual tasks and build agents that make them obsolete

AI Tool Ecosystem You’ll Work With
• CrewAI (core agent framework)
• OpenAI, Claude, Gemini (LLMs and APIs)
• Vector stores for agent memory (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• FastAPI (backend & endpoints)
• Render, Vercel, DigitalOcean (deployment and hosting)
• Plane, Google Workspace, internal task queues

AI Agent Roles You’ll Help Build
• Client Engagement Copilot – responds to new leads, answers FAQs, books consults
• Fulfillment Coordinator Bot – monitors SOP execution, flags delays, and triggers next steps
• Internal Ops Assistant – summarizes meeting notes, sends reminders, updates tasks
• Campaign Manager Agent – generates reports, drafts content, tracks performance
• Inbox Zero Bot – filters inbound emails, routes messages, and auto-replies to low-priority contacts

You Might Be a Fit If You
• Have real experience building and deploying CrewAI agents that actually ship work
• Know how to run, scale, and secure LLM workloads on DigitalOcean
• Can architect agent memory, state handling, and long-term reasoning logic
• Can deploy independently on Render or Vercel—fast and clean
• Prefer building systems that replace work instead of just managing it
• Thrive in a low-fluff, high-autonomy environment

Bonus Points For
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or AI toolchains
• Experience with event-based automation systems (e.g., Pipedream, n8n)
• AI usage in marketing, lead generation, or customer operations
• A working demo, GitHub repo, or portfolio showing live agents, bots, or AI apps

What You Get
• A pivotal role defining the operating model of an AI-native company
• Room to experiment, break things, fix them, and ship again—fast
• Competitive salary, flexible remote work, and long-term growth potential
• A clear mandate: build the AI team that replaces the human team
