About the role

We are a high-level consulting firm seeking two credit repair professionals to join our team on a long-term basis. This is not a gig — it is a partnership. We work with real clients who need real results, and we hold ourselves to the highest standard in the industry. If you're looking for a quick paycheck, this is not the opportunity for you.

What you'll be responsible for

Removing negative items from client credit reports — including bankruptcies, charge-offs, collections, and repossessions
Calling credit bureaus directly to dispute and remove hard inquiries
Managing multiple client files simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism
Following direction and executing tasks precisely as instructed
Communicating proactively — no ghosting, no excuses
Who we're looking for

Someone who is coachable and willing to be trained to a very high standard
Someone who takes pride in their results and genuinely cares about clients
Someone who is reliable, communicative, and shows up consistently
Someone who wants to grow with a company, not jump ship after 60 days
Someone who understands that commitment here is non-negotiable — if you flake, you lose the position
