JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based financial services company specializing in credit repair and business funding solutions. We help clients improve their credit, remove negative items, and qualify for funding opportunities. We are looking for reliable, confident, and trainable Credit Repair Agents to join our remote team.

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S. clients
• Explain credit repair services clearly and confidently
• Collect client information and complete applications accurately
• Educate clients on credit reports, negative items, and disputes
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
• Update CRM with call notes and client status
• Meet daily call and performance targets

Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Previous experience in credit repair, collections, sales, or call centers is a PLUS
• Confident speaking with U.S. clients
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Noise-free work environment
• Laptop or desktop computer + headset
• Willing to be on camera during Zoo ---------- etings

Performance Expectations
• Minimum 200 calls per day
• Follow all scripts and procedures
• Attend daily Zoom virtual office meetings
• Meet weekly performance and quality standards
