Creator Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time Virtual Assistant)

Nailzotica is a beauty technology startup building a creator-powered platform for custom nail designs. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us identify and recruit beauty, nail, fashion, and lifestyle creators.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys online research, organization, and helping grow an exciting brand.

Responsibilities:
-Research beauty, nail, fashion, and lifestyle creators
-Build and maintain creator lead lists
-Find creator contact information
-Organize outreach tracking spreadsheets
-Update outreach status and notes
-Assist with creator onboarding tasks as the role expands

Requirements:
-Strong internet research skills
-Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
-Good written English communication
-High attention to detail
-Reliable internet connection
-Organized and self-motivated

Nice to Have:
-Experience with influencer marketing
-Experience with lead generation
-Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social media creators
-Beauty or fashion industry interest

Hours:
-15-20 hours per week initially
-Opportunity for additional hours based on performance

Compensation:
-$5–7 USD per hour depending on experience and performance
