About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Operations Assistant to support a fast-growing creator business in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
Your role is to save the creator time and mental energy by managing:
• product research
• sample tracking
• content preparation
• performance analysis
So the creator can focus on filming and execution only.
This role is execution-heavy and systems-driven, not customer support or basic admin work.

Core Responsibilities
1. Sample Fulfillment & Tracking
You will manage a master tracking system (Google Sheets) for all product samples and collaborations.
You will track:
• product name
• brand
• deadline
• shipping status (in transit / received)
• filming status
• key product features and benefits
You will also organize samples into filming groups such as:
• makeup
• skincare
• clothing
• home products
Your goal is to ensure:
? no deadlines are missed
? filming is organized and efficient
? everything is clearly tracked and visible

2. Content Research for Samples
For each product, you will:
• find top-performing TikTok videos
• identify hooks and content angles
• extract and summarize scripts
• organize everything into a Google Sheet
This allows the creator to quickly see what works before filming.

3. Product Research (Ongoing)
You will research new products for future content opportunities.
This includes:
• identifying trending products
• finding high-converting videos
• extracting patterns from successful content
We will provide:

? training on what metrics to look for
Your job is to analyze and organize insights clearly and quickly.

4. Competitive Research
When a product has little content available, you will:
• research similar products
• analyze broader categories (ex: skincare)
• analyze specific niches (ex: eye patches)
• identify winning hooks and video styles

5. Performance Tracking & Analysis
Each week, you will analyze performance and identify:
• top revenue-generating videos
• top-performing products
• best-performing hooks and scripts
You will maintain a dashboard showing:
• weekly winners
• monthly winners
• top products
• content patterns that convert
Your goal is to help the creator:

Systems You Will Manage
You will maintain three core systems:
1?? Sample Tracker
Deadlines, shipments, and fulfillment status
2?? Research Library
Top-performing videos, hooks, and scripts
3?? Performance Dashboard
Top revenue-generating content and trends

AI-Assisted Workflows (Required)
This role requires someone who knows how to use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to work faster and smarter.
Examples include:
• summarizing scripts
• extracting hooks
• organizing research
• identifying patterns
• improving workflow efficiency
We are looking for someone who uses AI as a tool for leverage, not just basic usage.
