JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Creative Performance Analyst to help us identify winning ad creatives and improve our advertising performance. Your role will involve analyzing Meta ad data, reviewing creative performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), identifying patterns among winning ads, and providing clear feedback to our editors and creative team. You’ll create weekly reports, suggest new testing ideas, spot trends, and help build feedback loops that improve future creatives. You should be highly analytical, comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager, and able to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with direct-response eCommerce and Meta advertising is preferred.
