Creative Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Design, Video & AI Automation) — Long-Term Role

ABOUT US:

We're AdWave, a creative marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia. We work with healthcare, cosmetic medicine, and lifestyle brands, handling everything from social media and content design to video editing and marketing strategy.

We're a small, fast-moving team that leans heavily on AI tools (especially Claude / Claude Code) to work smarter, not harder. If you're someone who loves automating repetitive work, experimenting with AI workflows, and producing high-quality creative output, you'll fit right in.

This is a full-time, long-term position. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat, we want a creative partner who grows with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (a mix of everything):

- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) across multiple client accounts
- Create graphics and carousels (Canva / basic Figma) following brand guidelines
- Edit short-form video (Reels, ads, promotional content)
- Produce ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Support e-commerce work (Shopify product content, basic store updates)
- Build and maintain AI automation workflows (using Claude, Claude Code, and similar tools)
- General virtual assistant tasks to keep projects moving
- Create and manage SEO
- Design and implement Website (Wordpress + Elementor).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong written English (most client-facing work is in English)
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Solid graphic design skills (Canva essential, Figma and Photoshop.)
- Video editing ability (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Genuine interest in AI tools — bonus points if you've used Claude or Claude Code
- Self-starter who can work independently and communicate proactively
- Reliable internet and a good working setup

Nice to have (not required):
- Experience with healthcare / beauty / cosmetic brands
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google console)

HOURS & PAY:

- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Salary: [USD $800–1500/month, depending on experience]
