I am looking for a versatile and talented Virtual Assistant to assist with graphic design, social media management, and customer service for a growing e-commerce business.
About Us: We run three T-shirt sites selling funny T-shirts in Norwegian, German, and French:
Pay: TBD (Depends on skill level and previous experience).
Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience working for an E-commerce/Dropshipping company is REQUIRED.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is REQUIRED.
Knowledge of Video Editing is REQUIRED.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
Preferred Skills (High Priority)
Experience with Ads Management (Meta/Facebook) is HIGHLY BENEFICIAL.
Experience in Customer Service is a PLUS.
Experience managing Etsy accounts is a PLUS.
Responsibilities
You will be working on a variety of tasks including:
Graphic Design: Creating T-shirt designs and visual assets for social media.
Social Media Management: Creating posts for TikTok/Instagram and managing accounts.
Video Editing: Creating engaging short-form video content.
Customer Service: Managing basic customer inquiries.
Ads Management: assisting with or managing campaigns on Meta/Facebook.
Localization: Adapting designs into new languages (German/Norwegian/French).
General Admin: Other various tasks as needed.
Note: I will create tutorials for specific processes. If you have the core skills but don't know my specific workflow, don't worry—I will teach you.
