About Me

Hi! I’m a busy mom, creative business owner, and full-time professional with way too many open tabs (both in my browser and in life). I run an instructional design agency, post way too much on LinkedIn, and sell stickers and merch that are cute, weird, and a little too honest.

I’m looking for a right-hand human—a creative, organized, and reliable VA (bonus points if you’re from the Philippines!) who can help me manage my digital world without losing the magic.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA The Fun Stuff)

LinkedIn Vibes Manager
• Draft posts in my voice (think: helpful + hilarious + “oh no she didn’t”)
• Schedule content using tools like Buffer or Publer
• Keep tabs on trending hashtags (freelance life, mompreneur chaos, instructional design nerd stuff)
• Light engagement—likes, comments, etc.

Lead Generation Sleuth
• Use LinkedIn (and your detective skills) to find clients and collaborators
• Organize leads like a spreadsheet ninja
• Send friendly, non-spammy messages using my templates

Mini Video Editor Extraordinaire
• Edit short videos (LinkedIn reels, YouTube clips) using CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Rush
• Add captions, trim like a pro, make it aesthetic with simple branding

Sticker Shop Sorcerer
• Help me upload my silly/adorable/kinda sassy designs to Etsy or Shopify
• Write fun, keyword-packed product descriptions
• Tidy up listings, add tags, and make everything pop
• Help spot seasonal trends (Halloween raccoon stickers? Yes please.)

What I’m Looking For:
• You write really well in English and can match a casual, human voice
• You’ve dabbled in Canva, video editing, and maybe even product listings
• You’re organized, proactive, and don’t ghost ????
• You like learning new tools and being part of something creative
• Bonus: You’ve posted on LinkedIn before or managed an Etsy/Shopify shop

The Details
• Part-time: ~10 hours/week to start
• Flexible schedule (you can work in your pajamas—I do)
• Pay: $5–$8/hour depending on your vibe and experience
• Filipino VAs encouraged to apply ????
