I’m seeking a creative and loyal Filipino Virtual Assistant to help build a powerful and visually engaging YouTube presence for my Joshua OS project — a brand that merges storytelling, purpose, and transformation.

???? Responsibilities





Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut
Manage and grow the YouTube channel — optimize uploads, titles, tags, playlists, and community posts
Create scroll-stopping thumbnails, captions, and hashtags
Handle social-media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook): posting, scheduling, and engagement
Track analytics, report insights, and help refine the content strategy
Provide general VA support — organization, scheduling, research, and file management

Proven experience building or managing a YouTube channel
Strong skills in CapCut, Canva, and YouTube Studio
Clear English communication and dependability
Organized, proactive, and creative thinker
Understanding of how to make content visually attractive and emotionally resonant
