Creative Video Editor Needed

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team for ongoing, long-term work.

If you know how to take raw/ready footage and transform it into an engaging, high-converting masterpiece with smooth pacing, clean animations, and great visuals that captivate property buyers and clients, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do:

Enhance Existing Videos: We will send you completed videos/footage (property walkthroughs, agent talking heads, etc.), and your job is to add the "magic" – transitions, dynamic text, pacing, and hooks.

B-Roll & Animations: Source and integrate high-quality, relevant B-Roll footage and create engaging animations/motion graphics to keep the viewers hooked.

Asset Creation: Use specialized tools to create clean visual elements and modern video assets.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in video editing (specifically for social media ads/short-form content like TikTok/Reels).

High proficiency in Adobe After Effects (must-have for animations).

Experience with Canva (for quick graphic elements, overlays, or templates).

Expert knowledge of other video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

Ability to work with specific mobile-optimized aspect ratios (like 9:16).

Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.

Great communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

Rate: $75 USD per week (Fixed rate).
