You should be able to:

Create/edit high-converting Meta ad creatives
Make ads that feel native to Facebook & Instagram
Use AI UGC, stock footage, creator content, and raw assets
Add strong hooks, captions, pacing, transitions, and CTAs
Understand retention and conversion psychology
Rapidly test new creative angles

Compensation:
