Creative VA (Virtual Assistant)

We're a marketing agency seeking a creative and passionate virtual assistant who will work closely with the founder. Work-from-home. This is a full-time role.

Salary:

P300/hr capped at 20 hrs/week during the 6 weeks training
P28,000 + allowances and benefits upon transition to full-time status with 13th month pay and annual increment

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics on Canva
Edit TikToks and Reels
Create engaging Instagram stories
Schedule social media posts across various platforms
Conduct content research to identify current trends and popular topics
Coordinating with tea ---------- mbers and freelancers
Growing community through Facebook group content, IG outreach
Monthly reports
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills. Able to use AI Tools.
Digital-savvy individual with a good understanding of social media platforms
Creative with a flair for design
Proficient in Canva, CapCut
Loves TikTok and Instagram
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
