About the Role
We’re hiring a performance-focused creative VA who can edit short-form video ads AND static image ads that are built to convert and scale.
This is not organic content.
This is paid media.
If you don’t understand why ads win, this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form video ads (15–45s) for Meta & TikTok
• Design static paid ads (image + text overlays)
• Create multiple variations of the same concept for testing
• Apply strong hooks, pattern interrupts, and clarity in the first seconds
• Design creatives that support media buying strategy (angles, offers, testing structure)
• Iterate creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, CPA)
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
? 1–2+ years editing/designing paid ads for e-commerce brands
? Proven experience with:
– Short-form paid video ads
– Static image ads for Meta
– Direct-response creative principles
? Understands how creatives fit into:
– Media buying
– Creative testing
– Scaling winners

Bonus (Strong Advantage)
? Experience with jewellery or fashion brands
? Understanding of:
– CTR, thumb-stop rate, hold rate
– Creative fatigue
– Angle testing vs format testing
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
• CapCut (preferred) / Premiere Pro
• Photoshop / Canva / Figma (static ads)
• Google Drive
• Simple task management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello)
