This is a contract remote role for a

* Training Period: $500/month
* After Training: $700/month
* Wage will increase monthly based on ad creative performance
* Payment Schedule: Paid weekly at first, then moved to monthly payments after the training period
Responsibilities:
* Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and ad research
* Identify new angles, hooks, mechanisms, and creative themes
* Writing and assigning creative briefs
* Script writing
* Video editing
* Static image editing
* Weekly Performance Meetings
* Receiving creative briefs
* Asking clarifying questions
* Delivering ads on schedule
* Rapid revisions
Qualifications:
* Creative Strategy and Creative Direction Skills
* ??Experience in Brand Strategy to ensure alignment with the brand's identity
* ??Strong Writing and Research skills to understand target audience behavior and craft compelling content
* ??Proficiency in
* Familiar with CapCut, Canva, AI generated content (Higgsfield)
* Creative Design and Branding skills
* Creative Video Editing and Image Design skills
* Strong understanding of social media marketing and advertising trends
* Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn a product into an engaging, relatable story
* Can write ad scripts that hook attention in the first 1–3 seconds
* Understands how to structure ads using Hook ? Problem ? Solution ? Proof ? Offer ? Call-to-Action
* Strong understanding of customer psychology (pain points, desires, objections, motivation)
* Can write UGC-style scripts that feel natural, authentic, and not “salesy”
* Experience in creating compelling ad creatives for
