About the Company
We are a performance marketing agency partnering with fast-growing DTC eCommerce brands across multiple industries. We specialize in results-driven creative strategy, high-converting ad concepts, and rapid testing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with strong agency or multi-brand experience who can lead creative ideation, analyze performance data, and guide our creative team to produce high-performing assets.
This is a part-time remote role with long-term potential.
Role Overview
As our Creative Strategist, you will develop scroll-stopping concepts, analyze creative performance, build strategic briefs, and collaborate closely with media buyers to drive measurable results for clients.
You should thrive in a fast-paced agency setting and be comfortable working across multiple brands.
You will be required to work with Vietnam Timezone (GMT+7) for meetings and communication alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies, hooks, angles, and concepts for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Write clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, thumbstop rate, hook rate, hold rate)
Identify winning frameworks and break down competitor ads
Give strategic feedback on creative drafts to improve performance
Conduct competitive research and trend discovery
Build a swipe file of high-performing concepts and ideas
Collaborate directly with media buyers + account strategists to align creative direction
Break down high-performing ads into repeatable templates
Support UGC creators with scripts, angles, and storytelling guidance
Qualifications
Must have 2–4+ years of agency experience OR experience managing multiple brands at the same time
Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce creative frameworks (UGC formats, direct response angles, problem–solution, testimonials, etc.)
Experience interpreting creative performance data and making optimization recommendations
Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ad creative best practices
Skilled in developing hooks, scripts, angles, and creative breakdowns
Excellent English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work with Vietnam Timezone (GMT+7) for team calls and alignment
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with UGC creators
Direct-response copywriting background
Knowledge of tools like Motion, Triple Whale, Ads Libraries, TikTok Creative Center
Ability to create creative templates and iteration frameworks
Understanding of landing page optimization (CRO)
Work Setup & Schedule
Part-Time Remote (10–20 hours per week)
Must have 1–2 hours overlap with Vietnam Time (GMT+7)
Weekly team or strategy calls required
Flexible schedule outside required overlap
Compensation
Part-time salary (15,000 PHP — negotiable)
Long-term role with potential for more hours
