About Us
We’re a performance marketing agency that runs direct-response campaigns for brands in home services, legal, and e-commerce. Our ads are data-driven and designed to convert — not just look pretty.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can help turn ideas into video ads that perform. You’ll work closely with our media buyer, take creative direction, and produce finished ad concepts ready for upload to Meta.
Role Overview
You’ll take each project from idea -> brief -> script -> finished creative, working with our editors and designers to deliver scroll-stopping ads. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — perfect for someone who understands what makes direct-response ads work and loves testing new ideas fast.
Responsibilities
- Research and brainstorm ad hooks and angles
- Write short, simple creative briefs and scripts for video ads
- Manage or guide video editors and designers (UGC, B-roll, VO, captions, etc.)
- Produce 3–5 new creative concepts per week
- Review performance data and suggest iterations based on CTR, hook rate, or CPA
Requirements
- Strong understanding of direct-response advertising (not branding)
- Experience producing Meta/Facebook video ads
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Comfortable working asynchronously and hitting deadlines
- Bonus: basic editing or thumbnail creation skills
Compensation
- $12–$18 USD per hour, depending on experience and portfolio quality
- Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week), with potential to grow to full-time
