We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand group operating multiple Shopify stores and scaling aggressively across the US and Europe with high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
We’re not an agency.
We own the brands.
That means ideas move fast, get tested with real traffic, and scale based on performance—not opinions.
We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to help turn attention into measurable results at scale.
???? The Role – What You’ll Own
As our Creative Strategist, you’ll own the performance creative engine of the brand.
Your focus is ads:
UGC-style, direct-response creatives
Hooks, angles, messaging, and structure
Testing, iteration, and scaling loops
You’ll work closely with media buyers, editors, and creators to ensure our creatives don’t just look good—but perform.

This role is not for you if:
You’ve never worked on high-performing paid ads for Shopify-based eCommerce brands
You’re junior or still learning the basics of Meta ads
You only write copy but don’t analyze performance data
You rely fully on others to tell you what to create
You’re uncomfortable with fast iteration, ownership, and accountability
This is a senior, performance-driven seat.

You’re a strong fit if you:
Write killer ad scripts tailored to awareness levels
Know how to guide UGC creators, influencers, and video editors
Can reverse-engineer winning ads by reading the data
Understand psychology, storytelling, and persuasion
Think in hooks, angles, retention, and iteration
Translate data into clear creative actions
Take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks
Are disciplined, fast, and process-oriented
???? What You Bring
3–5+ years experience in creative strategy & copywriting (DTC or agency)
A portfolio of high-performing Meta ads
Strong understanding of consumer psychology
Experience working with influencer content, UGC, and editing teams
Comfort managing or contributing to $300K+/month ad accounts
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently
???? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop creative briefs aligned with product goals and audience psychology
Research competitors, analyze account performance, identify hooks & angles
Write ad copy for video, static, and carousel formats
Build storyboards and creative outlines for production
Guide influencer recordings (A-roll / B-roll) and give revision feedback
Collaborate with editors to refine execution
Analyze performance data (CTR, hold rate, CPA, ROAS)
Propose, test, and iterate new creative formats continuously
