Creative Short-Form Video Editor (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Part Time/Gig

Design Seed is looking for a talented, highly creative, and detail-oriented Part-Time Short-Form Video Editor to create vertical videos that follow our style and template (up to 60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

Strong Cinematic taste: To select the best aesthetic footage from our footages
Pacing & Audio: Create dynamic, high-retention cuts timed perfectly to music beats and audio transitions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay highly aware of the latest video styles, transitions, features, and audio trends across IG Reels and TikTok to implement them seamlessly.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in CapCut (Desktop/Pro), Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (including colour grading, sound design and basic motion design)
- Consistent Output: Deliver 2 to 3 high-quality short videos per week
- Punctuality & Reliability: You must strictly respect and adhere to deadlines. Late submissions without prior communication will not be tolerated.
- Communication: Active, transparent, and timely communication via chat is critical.
- Creativity & High Standards: You don't just cut footage, you know how to keep viewer retention high.
