About Us: 713 Online LLC is a fast-growing digital marketing company focused on building, launching, and scaling online campaigns. We move quickly, test often, and rely on strong creative systems to keep our marketing engine running.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative-minded Creative Operations Manager to help manage our creative production process from idea to execution.

Your Mission: Your mission is to ensure our marketing team never runs out of creative ideas, ad concepts, scripts, images, videos, and testing opportunities.

You will help turn raw ideas into organized creative briefs, coordinate with designers and editors, maintain creative assets, and build repeatable systems that allow the team to produce and launch more creatives efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Research competitor ads, campaigns, hooks, landing pages, and creative angles
- Build and maintain organized swipe files for ad inspiration and market research
- Turn creative ideas into clear briefs for designers, editors, and internal teams
- Generate ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and variations using AI tools
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative tea ---------- mbers
- Organize creative assets into structured folders and naming systems
- Maintain creative databases, tracking sheets, reports, and production dashboards
- Package creative assets for internal teams, partners, affiliates, or media buyers
- Track creative implementation, follow up on launches, and confirm assets are being tested
- Help improve creative workflows, SOPs, checklists, and production systems

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment. You do not need to be a designer or video editor, but you should understand how creative production works and be able to communicate clearly with creative tea ---------- mbers.

You should be comfortable using AI tools to speed up brainstorming, writing, organization, and creative development.

Google Ads
Airtable
ClickUp
Asana
Notion
Google Drive
Google Sheets
Copywriting
Graphic design
Video editing
UGC creative
Creative strategy
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, or similar tools

Success in This Role: Success in this role means helping us build a repeatable creative production system that allows the marketing team to produce, organize, test, and scale more creative assets.

You will help increase creative output, reduce disorganization, improve follow-through, and make sure our team always has new ideas and assets ready to test.
