JOB OVERVIEW

About The Role
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Creative Operations & AI Assistant to join our growing team.

This role combines graphic design, content creation, video editing, e-commerce support, AI tools, and day-to-day operational assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning, can work independently, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving business environment.

You will help execute creative projects, manage digital assets, support marketing initiatives, maintain e-commerce platforms, and assist with operational tasks that keep the business running efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills across design, AI, marketing, and business operations.

Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design
-Create social media graphics, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing assets
-Design presentations, brochures, sales documents, and branded materials
-Maintain visual consistency across all platforms

2. Video Editing
-Edit short-form content for social media platforms
-Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos
-Add captions, graphics, transitions, and basic motion elements

3. E-Commerce & Shopify
-Upload and manage products
-Update product pages and website content
-Assist with landing pages and promotional campaigns
-Maintain visual quality across the website

4. Social Media Support
-Schedule and publish content
-Organize content calendars
-Assist with content repurposing and distribution
-Support ongoing marketing campaigns

5. AI & Productivity Tools
-Use AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
-Assist with research, content creation, and automation projects
-Learn and implement new AI systems and technologies
-Help document processes and create standard operating procedures

6. Administrative & Operational Support
-Assist with project coordination and task management
-Organize files, assets, and documentation
-Support daily business operations
-Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects

Requirements
Essential Skills
-Graphic design experience
-Video editing experience
-Shopify experience
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Ability to work independently
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills
-Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
-Experience with social media marketing
-Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms
-Experience working with e-commerce brands
-Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
