Creative Marketing Assistant (AI & Tech Focus)

Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation
Content Creation & Production (40% – 50%)
LinkedIn Production: Craft and schedule 1–2 high-impact LinkedIn posts per week focused on thought leadership (20%–25%).
Instagram Production: Create and produce 1 engaging post/reel per week (15%–20%).
Presentation Design: Design visually compelling slides for upcoming presentations and public speaking engagements (5%).
Administrative & Planning (20% – 25%)
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules and sync calendars utilizing Calendar Bridge (10%–15%).
Social Media Planning: Map out and organize the content calendar for both LinkedIn and Instagram to ensure consistent posting (10%).
Outreach & Research (20%)
Outreach Campaigns: Execute cold email and direct message outreach for Instagram (focused on DJing/music) and specialized LinkedIn networking campaigns (10%). This is a development of existing work that has already reached over 1,500 followers.
Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends, specifically focusing on AI, tech developments, and Digital Dignity (10%).

Requirements & Qualifications
The AI & Creative Toolkit (Must-Haves):
Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools, like : Dreamina (preferred) Midjourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, or Adobe Firefly. Candidates can work across multiple tools and help shape the decision on which tools we utilize.
Strong interest or experience in video production and social media content creation.
An absolute passion for AI technology and a desire to continuously learn and integrate new AI workflows into your daily output.
Communication & Workflow:
Alignment: Available for 1–2 weekly video alignment calls to brainstorm and sync on tasks.
Instant Messaging: Active and responsive via WhatsApp for quick daily communications. (Longer updates will happen via email or scheduled calls).
Tech Compliance: Willingness to follow strict data security standards (e.g., using the company-provided Google Drive for all assets and files).
