Creative Lead for an e-commerce site needed ASAP

CREATIVE LEAD
I am a headhunter who is looking for a Creative Lead to grow the Art Department of our Vancouver-based client and their fast growing e-commerce site. You will be working directly with the President of the company and other staff members to help take their training, policies and product quality to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth running and expansion of the Creative department in a fast growing organization
- Manage and monitor workload and productivity of artists
- Ensure quality of each piece and provide feedback if not up to quality standards
- Onboard, develop and discipline staff
- Create standards for incoming and outgoing artwork

REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of managing a team of artists
- Experienced in managing a team of 10+ artists, preferably remotely
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, organization and management skills
- Outstanding teacher & trainer
- Experienced with cartoons +preferably Disney-style+
- Able to manage high volumes of illustrations
- Expert in working from home with high speed internet, fast computer and up to date art software
- Incredible eye for art and design
