Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative Creative Lead who can define and elevate the visual language of our brand across all digital touchpoints — from social media to our website. This is not just a design role. It’s a creative leadership position for someone who understands luxury branding, visual storytelling, and digital aesthetics — and can translate brand strategy into cohesive, emotionally engaging visuals.
You will work closely with the Brand Director, Copywriter, and Social Media team to craft a unified visual experience that reflects the brand’s DNA: intelligent beauty, science-driven innovation, and timeless luxury.
???? Key Responsibilities
Create Brand Identity and Brand Guide from scratch
Lead visual direction for all digital platforms — including website, social media, and campaigns.
Define and maintain brand identity systems, ensuring visual consistency across every platform and asset.
Create compelling moodboards, art direction, and campaign visuals that embody brand emotion and storytelling.
Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and digital teams to produce scroll-stopping social content.
Guide the web design direction, user experience flow, and layout storytelling with design logic and aesthetic sensitivity.
Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts that strengthen brand perception and engagement.
Continuously elevate the visual tone to meet luxury standards — combining artistry, clarity, and sophistication.
Work with external designers, videographers, and production partners to execute your creative vision seamlessly.

Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
Core working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Singapore time)
???? What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in branding, art direction, or digital design.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems, social campaigns, and website design.
Deep understanding of luxury branding, color theory, typography, and spatial hierarchy.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Ability to think conceptually and art-direct digital storytelling (photo direction, composition, motion).
Experience working with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a major advantage.
