CREATIVE GENERALIST
We’re hiring a Creative Generalist with strong design and video editing chops to produce compelling visual assets for our paid media campaigns, landing pages, and brand communication. This hybrid role supports 2–3 DTC brands to start and is perfect for someone who thrives on fast-paced creative production, balancing aesthetics with performance goals. You’ll be responsible for creating everything from static ads and animated social assets to UGC edits and conversion-driven landing page graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design static, motion, and video ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Edit high-performing UGC ads with strong hooks, CTAs, captions, and transitions
• Repurpose testimonials, reviews, and influencer content for paid and organic use
• Create
• Stylize social proof assets (e.g., screenshots, quotes) into branded, engaging formats
• Follow platform-specific best practices for ad creatives
• Ensure design supports performance goals like ROAS and CAC
• Maintain brand consistency across diverse formats and placements
• Collaborate with media buyers, marketers, and creatives to meet campaign goals
• Stay current with trends in ad design and DTC creative performance
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing for digital marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proven experience creating high-converting static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or Google.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Experience editing UGC and social proof content for performance-driven campaigns.
• Able to follow creative briefs, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate well with remote teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across static design, motion, and video editing.

CREATIVE STRATEGIST
The Creative Strategist will own the research, ideation, and optimization of creative assets across paid ads,
This role focuses on conversion optimization and creative direction — guiding creative generalists, reviewing and approving output, and ensuring all creatives are aligned with CRO goals. The strategist does not handle direct web design, but must have strong CRO experience to boost campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client creative performance, benchmark competitors, and identify positioning and messaging opportunities across the full funnel.
• Develop creative roadmaps for DTC brands, concept new hooks and angles, and build testing frameworks across multiple ad formats.
• Create detailed UGC briefs, collaborate with creators through production, and curate social proof for ads and owned channels.
• Partner with media buyers and cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with funnel stages, KPIs, and brand standards.
• Guide creative generalists and support
• Track and interpret performance data, document insights, and iterate continuously to optimize campaigns.
• Present strategies, testing plans, and performance recaps to clients and internal leadership to support retention and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and creative strategy for digital marketing.
• Ability to analyze creative performance metrics and translate data insights into actionable design or messaging improvements.
• Strong leadership and feedback skills to guide generalists and align creative output with performance goals.
• Ability to drive creative decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
