You'll be working closely with busy professionals, supporting their day-to-day lives and businesses. You'll be trusted with real responsibilities — managing schedules, communications, and keeping things running smoothly across multiple areas.

Who You Are
A reliable, sharp EA who also happens to have great taste and a creative eye. You take ownership without being asked, communicate excellently in English, and know how to prioritize what matters.

You are:
Experienced as an Executive Assistant
Experienced integrating AI tools into your daily workflow
Creative, detail-oriented and reliable
Warm, professional, and easy to work with
Proactive and a natural problem-solver
Adaptable and eager to learn

We're not just looking for someone to manage a calendar. We want someone with great taste and genuine creativity.

What You'll Do
Manage communications, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
Coordinate logistics and keep things organized across multiple businesses
Support marketing, content, and creative projects as needed
Wear many hats and figure things out independently

Apple ecosystem fluency is a plus — we use iMessage, FaceTime, and native Mac/iPhone apps daily. Owning a MacBook and iPhone is an advantage.
