Creative Designer / AI Image Creator for E-Commerce Brand (Static Ads & Website Graphics)

We are building a fast-growing e-commerce brand and are looking for a Direct Response Creative Designer who can quickly turn proven concepts into high-converting creatives.

This is NOT a strategy role.

You will be provided with:
* Reference ads
* Competitor examples
* Product photos
* Copy and headlines
* Clear creative direction

Your job is to take proven concepts and recreate them for our brand quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Most of your work will involve recreating and adapting proven direct-response creatives rather than designing from a blank canvas.

If you enjoy starting with a winning reference and turning it into a polished marketing asset quickly, you'll likely be a great fit for this role.

We care more about execution speed, attention to detail, and the ability to follow winning references than coming up with entirely new concepts.

Success in this role means being able to take a reference creative and recreate a high-quality version for our brand while maintaining strong attention to detail, following instructions carefully, and producing work efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Meta Static Ads
* Recreate proven Facebook image ads using our products
* Create multiple variations of winning concepts
* Resize creatives for different placements
* Create carousel ads
* Update creatives based on feedback

Website & Landing Page Graphics
* Product feature graphics
* Advertorial and listicle graphics
* Product page graphics
* Icons and infographics
* Social proof graphics
* Product callout graphics
* GIF-style product graphics


AI Image Creation (Important)
* Generate realistic lifestyle images
* Create AI product scenes
* Create AI avatars using products
* Edit AI-generated images to look realistic and natural
* Upscale and improve AI-generated assets
* Create marketing visuals using AI tools

Animation & Motion
* Create GIFs
* Create short looping product animations
* Basic motion graphics
* Simple animated website assets

Requirements
You should be comfortable using some or most of the following:

Design Tools
* Photoshop
* Illustrator
* Figma
* Canva

AI Tools
* ChatGPT
* Nano Banana
* Higgsfield
* Other AI image generation tools

* Have strong attention to detail
* Work quickly without sacrificing quality
* Follow instructions accurately
* Take feedback well
* Maintain consistent branding
* Can spot mistakes before submitting work
* Are comfortable producing a high volume of creative assets
