Responsibilities:
-Design marketing assets: brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, and website visuals
-Maintain and enhance brand identity with a high-end, luxury style
-Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and property launches
-Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital
-Manage design assets, templates, and brand guidelines
-Stay updated with luxury design trends
Qualifications:
-3+ years graphic design experience (real estate / luxury brand experience a plus)
-Strong portfolio showcasing modern, elegant, high-quality design
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
-Knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus
-Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail
-Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
-Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Work Setup:
-Work hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (with 30-minute lunch break)
