About Us: We are a content agency for high-level fitness and business coaches. We don't guess what works; we use data. We build "viral engines" for our clients to help them grow their businesses.

We are looking for a Smart Scriptwriter to join our team full-time.

You will be working with AI Tools. Your job is to take proven, viral concepts and adapt them to fit our clients' specific niches using your skills and our AI workflows.

What You Will Do:

Viral Research: Spend time on TikTok/Reels identifying why videos go viral (identifying the Hook, the Structure, and the CTA).

AI-Augmented Writing: Use ChatGPT/Claude to draft scripts based on our proven frameworks (Proof, Connection, Value).

The "Human Polish": This is the most important part. AI writes the draft, but you add the personality, the slang, and the emotion. You ensure a "Busy Dad" client sounds like a dad, not a robot.

Volume: You will manage the content calendars for multiple clients (approx. 20-40 scripts per client/month).

Who You Are:

Perfect English: Your grammar and slang must be 100% natural (North American/UK/Aus style). If your writing sounds academic or formal, this isn't for you.

Fitness Savvy: You know the difference between "Keto" and "Macros," and you know what "Progressive Overload" means. (Huge plus).

Hook Obsessed: You understand that if the first 3 seconds are boring, the video dies.

AI-Fluent: You know how to prompt ChatGPT effectively and, more importantly, you know how to edit the output so it doesn't sound like AI.

The Requirements:

Excellent written English (C1/C2 level).

Experience writing for social media (TikTok/Reels preferred).

Familiarity with Notion (or willing to learn quickly).

Reliable internet connection.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: $500 - $900 USD / Month (Based on speed, quality and workload.

Status: Full-Time Long-Term.

Growth: As we scale, you will lead the writing team.
