Creative Assistant
The Creative Assistant supports the execution of our weekly content across YouTube, podcast, blog, newsletter, and social media. This role is ideal for a strong writer who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable turning big ideas into clear, engaging content across multiple platforms.
The right candidate understands tone, flow, and how to repurpose content efficiently. They are proactive, reliable, and aligned with our mission of financial empowerment—delivering confident, educational, and entertaining content that inspires “Rich Bitch” energy.
What You’ll Do
Write one YouTube script per week in a conversational, educational tone
Upload videos and optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO
Repurpose each YouTube video into a polished blog post with clear takeaways
Write one podcast script per week blending storytelling with actionable advice
Repurpose each podcast episode into a blog post with an embedded player and summary
Publish one original blog post per day, following SEO best practices and brand tone
Write, design, and schedule one weekly
Manage
Support nurture sequences and campaign copy during launches
Upload, schedule, and manage content across all platforms
Keep content calendars, archives, and shared systems organized
Ensure visuals and messaging stay consistent across channels
This is a salary-based role with flexibility to support additional creative or marketing projects during launches or collaborations.
All new hires begin with a 1-month paid trial period. Successful completion leads to a long-term role with growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Tools
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for drafting and editing
Experience with ClickUp, Google Drive, and Canva
Experience publishing on WordPress with basic SEO knowledge
Familiarity with YouTube and podcast publishing workflows
Interest in personal finance, entrepreneurship, and content creation
Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
