# Meta Ads Creative Analyst
## About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Meta Ads Creative Analyst to join our team.
This is NOT a media buyer role and you will NOT be responsible for uploading ads, building campaigns, writing captions, or managing creators. Our tea
Your job is to focus on what matters most: identifying winners, spotting losers quickly, analyzing creative performance, and helping us scale winning concepts.
We operate at a high volume and test approximately 500–1,000 creatives per month. We need someone who can review performance daily, make fast decisions, and communicate clearly with our team.
## Responsibilities
* Review Meta ad performance daily
* Analyze creative-level performance across ad sets
* Identify winning creatives and winning creators
* Identify losing creatives that should be paused quickly
* Recommend which creative concepts need more variations
* Recommend which creators should produce more content
* Monitor key performance metrics and trends
* Communicate findings and recommendations in our team chat daily
* Work closely with Daisy to ensure winning concepts are scaled rapidly
* Help build a system for continuously improving creative performance
## What You Will NOT Be Responsible For
* Uploading ads
* Creating campaigns
* Managing budgets
* Writing captions
* Creator outreach
* Editing videos
* Campaign setup
Those responsibilities are already handled by our existing team.
## What We're Looking For
* Strong experience with Meta Ads
* Experience analyzing creative performance at scale
* Ability to identify winning and losing creatives quickly
* Strong understanding of direct response advertising
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and make recommendations confidently
* Comfortable reviewing large volumes of creative assets daily
