Creative Ads + UI/UX Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who designs ads that stop the scroll — and websites that convert.

At Caravea, we work in the caravan & lifestyle industry, blending digital ads, websites, and creative content to inspire adventure. If you’re equal parts ad creative wizard and UI/UX problem-solver, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

* Create ad creatives (Meta, Google, display) that grab attention and drive results

* Craft web UI/UX designs that are clean, intuitive, and conversion-focused

* Use AI tools to spark ideas, enhance workflows, and deliver faster

* Build style guides & components that keep brands consistent

* Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign strategy

* Collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life

* Stay ahead of creative trends, formats, and best practices


Who You Are

* 3+ years in digital design, with strong experience in ad creatives

* Confident in Meta/Google ad design and able to show real results

* Skilled in UI/UX tools (Figma or similar)

* Solid experience in photo manipulation/editing

* Creative mindset with data-driven thinking (what looks good and works)

* Excellent English communication skills — you can collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers easily

* Curious, outgoing, and loves experimenting with new design + AI workflows

What's in it for you:
* PHP 50,000 - 60,000/month base salary based on experience and creative edge
* Pro rata 13th-month pay &
* Annual Leave (15 days/year)
