Course Developer

Now Hiring: Full-Time VA for Course Buildout, Slide Deck Design & SOP Creation (GHL, LinkedIn & Facebook Ads Experience Required)

We’re looking for a high-level, full-time Virtual Assistant (40 hours/week) with strong design skills and technical know-how to help us build out a new online course quickly and effectively.

This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role — perfect for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and loves turning ideas into polished, organized systems.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
Uploading and organizing course content inside Skool

Designing professional slide decks using Google Slides or Canva (from templates or scratch)

Turning rough outlines and existing materials into clear, engaging course modules

Creating and documenting SOPs for:

Go High Level (funnels, automations, pipelines)

LinkedIn Ads (campaign builds, targeting, tracking)


Facebook Ads (setup, optimization, reporting)

Tools & Platforms You Must Know:
Skool for course buildout

Google Slides / Canva for slide design

Go High Level (GHL)

LinkedIn Ads


Facebook Ads

Google Drive / Docs / Sheets for collaboration and SOP documentation

Who You Are:
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong design eye

Proactive, self-directed, and reliable

Experienced with course building, backend systems, and SOPs

Confident working across multiple tools and platforms

Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly

Role Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $1000/month
Location: Remote
