We’re looking for a *rare talent*—a course creator who is not just instructional, but inspirational. You will own the journey of turning complex, messy, or nuanced ideas into clear, compelling, and confidence-boosting educational content.

You’ll take *massive amounts of raw material*—audio, notes, research, strategy—and transform it into training that is **simple, scalable, and stunning** in both design and depth. From ideation to final rollout, you will help architect experiences that educate, engage, and empower.

You must:

* **Understand human psychology deeply**, especially what drives transformation, action, and retention.
* **Create with empathy**, knowing the struggles, hesitations, and realities of learners from all walks of life.
* **Build confidence through clarity**, not complexity.
* **Craft curriculum with care**, including video modules, interactive exercises, and layered support content.
* **Innovate boldly**, and simplify fearlessly—without losing the richness of the message.
